It's been more than a year since the opening of New Eden's gates, and we're still here. Yep, we're still seeking lucrative encounters. So what has changed?
The keyword of experienced capsuleers should be patience. Never be too hasty when making difficult decisions, but always decide something and keep it consistent.
Casual mature pilots, hunting lucrative encounters: this is our new DNA, mainly because we consider ourselves busy adult pilots, flying in a relaxed & organized environment.
So thirteen months since the beginning, our moderate self-commitment, and mature mindset let us enjoy flying at our own pace. As a result, we have nice projects and ideas about the Corporation we want to build, and there's more to come!
Important rhythm changes

When things become more a burden than fun, it's time to ask yourself the right questions. That's what we did, resulting in difficult internal decisions.
We were flying in NULL for four months inside a small-size Alliance. During this time, we enjoyed daily piloting for one to three hours. We were roaming in Fountain before ending in Deklein: high commitment for huge rewards.
Unfortunately, flying in NULL was more and more demanding. Trying to catch up and be there for the high-scaled call to arms was hard. That's why some of our commanding officers' lack of time pushed us to change our flying rhythm.
Since Dec 5, 2020, we stopped being hardcore pilots. We wanted to have fun at our rhythm without unnecessary burdens. So we switched to casual piloting, looking for lucrative encountersβthe start of a new, much simpler era.
Corporation's speed-up

We have been familiarizing ourselves with New Eden for over a month, we discovered a place that became our Headquarter, and we opened our Corporation's recruitment.
We started from a HIGH-SEC system and quickly got into the twists and turns of NULL-SEC. We found more danger there but also more and better rewards. It was a great way to learn, although the encounters were sometimes brutal.
Finally, after many hard work hours, we improved our Corporation's internal organization, and we opened our recruitment. We hope that this important step will allow us to meet pilots with exceptional qualities. Our story has just begun!

After near two years spent on Nova Empire, our team is moving forward on EVE Echoes. It's the best mobile game in this genre. Developed for nearly three years by NetEase for CCP, this game brings a huge part of EVE Online into mobiles.
Accustomed to high challenges, our former crew is starting from scratch. Today, everything is possible, and we have a lot of fantastic ideas. We can succeed in building something great, as we did before. Heads up, this universe is HUGE! See you in New Eden! Fly safe! o7.

About the Corporation
What is your Corporation's focus?+
We focus on storylines & space exploration (PvE). Anytime, we enjoy lucrative NULL-SEC activities, industry on a broad scale, and some casual hunting (PvP).
What is your daily activity?+
We fly between 30 minutes and 2 hours per day, and a bit more on evenings & weekends. Anyway, respect for real-life always comes first: families & jobs before everything.
Where is your Corporation settled?+
We have four Headquarters at each security level (NULL, LOW & HIGH-SEC). We access our deep NULL roaming spots (-0.9 & -1.0) anytime. But most of the time, we freely move all across New Eden as mission runners & explorers.
How many are you?+
Right now, we're below 20 active pilots (34% US / 66% EU). It's fine as we like to take our time to know each other rather than just rising numbers.
Are you inside an Alliance?+
Yes. We fly under the most influential structure in New Eden, counting more than 2,800 active pilots (The Silent Federation).
How do you pilot?+
As casual mature pilots, we fly alone, seeking lucrative encounters & activities. But, we rat & fight the most difficult of them together because we enjoy helping each other.
Do you recruit everyone?+
Short answer: no. We need our members to fit our mindset (casual mature pilots). We don't need numbers. We need happy and consistent mindset people.
About the rules
What do you mean by "Be active"?+
As long as you like what we do, there's no matter how often you do it. You can run one of the EVE's jobs or other activities every day, once a week, together or alone: the only important thing is to enjoy at your pace.
What do you mean by "Be present"?+
We don't require minimum presence. However, we want to know if you plan to be away for extended periods (+14 days). So if we detect you are idling above this limit, we'll suspend you then kick you out if we need your spot.
What do you mean by "Stay tuned"?+
We use Discord's text features only: no voice comms for us (it's too demanding). That's why we ask you to read our #instructions channel once a week.

How we behave
We have a military command structure because we care to fly as an organized team. So our basic rules are helping our pilots to follow the same direction.
Our squadron is all about casual piloting, moderate self-commitment, and a pretty active presence in New Eden. We're enjoying dedication to each other every time we can, and our guidelines are leading us to accomplish our joint goals through teamwork.
Be active: take part in our events at your rhythm.
Be present: maintain less than 14 days of inactivity.
Stay tuned: read our Discord weekly.
Obey orders: comply with our decisions.
Communicate: warn us of your availability issues.

Because we're tracking lucrative encounters from one region to another, we're always willing to integrate new pilots into our ranks.

While you're ratting, you can spawn Scout, Inquisitor, and Deadspace Specials. On mining sessions, you may find Condensed, Cluster belts, or randomly spawned Nihilus.
Information system
In-game chat isn't good enough. That's why we use Discord (text mode only). It's the best & most accessible way to get instructions, share info & schedule our events.

There are NO other alternatives to Discord. It is mandatory. Pilots not reading our Discord once a week cannot stay with us. Communication is everything.
Notifications
Thanks to proper Discord notification parameters, we do quick actions and pay attention to essential alerts, without being disturbed.
If you use @here in a channel, players that are offline wonβt get notified. If you use @everyone, then everyone will receive the notification, even if they are offline.

Info management
Our Discord is set up in a way to avoid leaking of sensitive information. The spies that do manage to join us are tracked by KIPP, our Discord bot.
